Occumize was developed after realizing that no existing flex time program was able to fully meet these needs. Instead of conforming to an existing program, Occumize was created to allow for full customizability and flexibility.

Meet the founder
Kyle Rader has always been passionate about technology and has a background in both engineering and software development. He earned a Bachelor's and Master's in mechanical engineering, studying at Olin College and Hochschule Esslingen.
Professionally, Kyle worked as a software developer/consultant at Thoughtworks on a variety of projects for large, multinational corporations. Following this, he worked at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies as both a process engineer and product engineer.
Since 2014, Kyle has been working as an engineering teacher at Waterford Union High School.
